1. Authorizing payment to Lakeview Outdoor Adventures, LLC. through the chosen software and gateways.

2. Ensuring digital waivers are correctly completed and up to date.

3. PARTICIPANT is of right mind and health to participate within the activities/services provided by Lakeview Outdoor Adventures, LLC.

4. Lakeview Outdoor Adventures, LLC. withholds the right to request departure from the establishment and property at any time at the sole discretion of Lakeview Outdoor Adventures, LLC. personnel.
