An hour(ish) on "Sandy" our 20 foot pontoon to motor around Lake Zoar and experience the magic of a Connecticut Sunset from the water. Plan you own evening by bringing food and drinks! The rear seating of the vessel has an optional table with cup holders, all seats have nearby cupholders.
Please take note, we pickup from the local boat launch (Southbury) for an easier access, our main property has a large hill which is not ideal for bringing coolers.
Departing from the dock, We will take you for a cruise into the sunset. The trip will head West up the Housatonic River for picturesque sunset photo ops of a colorful sky above a farmland background. Our vessel offers 2 front benches ahead of the captain for more privacy, or an L-shaped seating to cuddle and relax! Sandy has been updated with a bluetooth radio, so you are free to pair your device, or make requests for music as you wish!
Please dress appropriately for the weather, and feel free to bring your own food/drink.
This vessel is open to the elements. We motor slow to limit any chill from wind. As the evenings are cooling, hoodies or jackets are highly recommended!
pick up will be from the Southbury boat launch. There is ample parking, and port-a-potties available. Meet at the floating dock at the time of reservation and we will load you as soon as the whole party is present!
This is a handicap accessible ramp, rolling coolers are easy to bring aboard.
Cancellation can be honored upto 48 hours prior to your cruise. LOA cancellation based on foul weather will provide refund of ticket pricing plus tax.
