Kayak Rental Overview: Choose from one of our sit-in recreational single kayaks for some exercise or just plain fun! For short rentals, there is a small sandbar with small waterfall viewing, or just float. For longer rentals, we can point you to the main Zoar sandbar, or plan for a full day paddle to do the southern half of the lake and grab some food at the Zoar Drive-in.
1 Hour rental: we recommend heading left to view two small waterfalls to the west of launch.
2 hour rental: Most Common - Go right or left, both directions provide good scenary of Lake Zoar, can reach main sand bar, or be surrounded by forested banks.
Full Day: spent a few hours at the sandbar, or paddle 10 miles (RT) to grab some food at Zoar Drive-In.
Recommended to bring: sunglasses or hat, sunscreen and water. Feel free to bring your own food/beverages. Beverages and fishing equpiment also are available for add-ons during booking.
Inclusions: Each rental includes vessel, paddle and safety equipment
Refunds available for cancellations prior to 48 hours in advance, less booking fees (these are administrated by a third party, and not available for refund).
Weather related cancellations will be handled with a gift card to reschedule for use during 2025 season.
